A vendor just suggested that I pay them using Wise. I had never heard of it before now…. It looks legit, but thought I’d check here to see if this is a good move or if I should be aware of any issues? This is an occasional vendor I have worked with for a few years. They are based in China & I am In the US. I typically use PayPal. I love PayPal but it’s not letting me send payments bc I need to reconfirm my account credentials & I’ve managed to misplace by ID! That said, Wise looks to be a better deal anyway…. But I have appreciated PayPal’s ability to step in & help when issues have come up. I can also send wire transfers but I only get a few per month & after that they are pricey so I try to only use them for larger purchases. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
