I'm looking into starting up a Gymnastics facility. Have never started a business before so I have questions. So, if I apply for an SBL, and go through naming the company and all the tax paperwork, how soon do I need to find a facility? Not sure if I should wait until I see a good facility or go ahead and go through all the paperwork first. I fear that I would find a great opportunity but lose it because it will take time to apply for the SBL and get the funds.
