I have applied to a commercial space, and the landlord requires a business plan. I submitted one, and in this plan I forecast my income for one year. I forecast that I could break even. The landlord has sent a message that I need to forecast for three years. If I were to do this, I would be just making up numbers. Even forecasting for a year is basically making up numbers, but forecasting three years is ridiculous. What is the possible purpose of this? Maybe I"m over thinking this. Should just arbitrarily increase the revenue by %15 each year?
