As I write, I'm on yet another 1 hr+ hold with Capital One because I need to either order a new card for one of our employees or replace a lost/stolen one. Since we went over 100 cards issued, they have to "do everything from the back end" per multiple reps, and they're constantly running into "issues" that have to be resolved every time I try to make a change to our account. The service is fine, and the features are okay, and the cash back is nice, but I can't handle this anymore. What do you all use for employee credit cards? We don't need something like Ramp, because we use Emburse for our expenses which is tied into our accounting software (QBO). Any ideas or recommendations are greatly appreciated.
