I’m a frequent buyer on the site but I have noticed that at least 40% of the time I’ll get something that’s on sale with a discount code that usually comes up from the shop. I always feel pretty good abt waiting for a sale and actually getting an additional discount. So I wait for the product, obsessively checking(because who isn’t excited abt getting a new thing!) and it never comes. But I see the sale price is gone and it’s more expensive now. It’s a couple of days past the arrival date, the shipping info never moves (if I’ve even ever got it), so I contact the seller and request a replacement. I get told that it’s “lost” or a claim was made with shipping company or whatever but I don’t get a replacement. The seller will always process a full refund and just tell me I’ll need to reorder but they won’t sell at same price I originally purchased it at. Why won’t sellers just send a replacement? Especially if it’s a shipping problem or something on their end. Is this a low key scam? Anyone else experience this?
