QuickBooks Payroll support is very, very poorly trained. When I have an issue with Gusto, I call their support team and have a solution within 5 minutes. When I have an issue with QuickBooks Payroll, I call their support team and spend *hours* on the phone and never quite get it fixed. The difference is night and day. I highly recommend Gusto. Gusto syncs with QBO anyway, so set up the integration so your payroll information automatically imports from Gusto to QBO. Even if you don't go with Gusto, do yourself a favor and go with anyone other than QuickBooks Payroll. ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Onpay, Patriot, Square, Rippling ... **anyone**!
