As part of our current revenue cloud implementation I hate it. it’s immature , needlessly complex , full of limitations. Can’t even make a custom email template right now unless you make a whole new flow to build and roll your own email alert It does do some things nicely like parallelization, and it is certainly highly customizable but it needs better standard features
