Location: Texas I work at a large restaurant chain in Texas. When I'm in the to-go department, we get $4/hr + tips to pack up customers food. If they order on doordash/uber/ez cater, the customer can't tip us, so we do it for the hourly. Those deliveries make up close to and sometimes more than 50% of our orders. We even had a $4000 order come in yesterday and because it was a delivery, we packed it for $4/hr. It feels like we're getting taken for a ride. Is this legal or should I find another job?
