I am in a similar situation right now: our company gets 200 emails daily, shich could be split into 4 categories: 1) Returns; 2) Damaged items 3) Delivery delayed or missing package 3) Refund processing. I thought of writing templates with instructions for specific cases (refund precessing instructions), but other categories require manually searching for the order number or Fedex gps tracking, which can't be performed by AI.
